Psychometric Assessment

Psychometric Assessments are used either on their own or to support the personality profiling assessment covering numerical and verbal reasoning.

Some examples of what we can provide include:

Relationship with People:
This demonstrates how a person relates and deals with other people for example: Persuasive, Independent Minded, Outgoing, and Socially Confident.

Thinking Style:
For example: Evaluative, Detail conscious, Innovative, Behavioural.

Feelings and Emotions:
How individuals deal with their emotions for example: Worrying, Tough Minded, Optimistic, Competitive, Decisive.


Measuring a person’s typology and preferred way of operating:
  • More task focused or people-orientated
  • More proactive or reactive
  • Systematic or strategic thinking
  • More practical or more innovative

Measuring how a person relates to others:
  • How much he/she is group dependent or independent
  • The leadership style
  • How he/she interacts on a personal level – empathically or detached

Personality Profiling


These assessments are based on structured questions designed to provide a profile of he individual’s personality and their preferred working style.

Methods indicating the preferred role an individual will take in team situations. Often used in recruiting for project team development.

The personality profiling process measures contrasting traits on four different personality scales each having strengths and potential weaknesses. Often used on development or team building assessments.
